What makes our straws different from others?

We've created the first and only stainless steel threaded “to-go” straws. They're compact and easy to clean. Because they disassemble, all components can be thoroughly cleaned, unlike other straws which can develop mold and horrible trapped odors.

What are S’draw® and LeSips made of? Are they recyclable?

The straw components are made of food-grade stainless steel. This makes them very durable, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. Think of these as the straw version of your flatware. Stainless steel is 100% recyclable, and the recycling process requires less energy compared to the production of new steel. This reduces the demand for virgin materials, conserves resources and minimizes the carbon footprint of the industry. 

What is included with my S'draw® or LeSips purchase?

Depending on which package you choose, you will receive different components along with a cleaning brush and either a case or hand-dyed bag.

Cleaning Tips

We recommend using the included brush and warm soapy water to clean all components before first use and rinse with clear water. Screw together desired components. To avoid damaging your S'draw®, do not overtighten. 

Is my S’draw® dishwasher safe?

Yes!  Simply place it in the flatware holder in your dishwasher. If you’re on the go and unable to clean your S’draw® right away, just unscrew the components, wrap them in the drip cloth (if included in your product variation), put everything in the case or bag and clean at home.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks for online orders.

Can I make changes to my order, once it’s been made?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can edit it. Otherwise, just contact us. We'll love hearing from you!


When will I know my order is on the way?

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. Orders usually process within a day and depending on how it's shipped and where it's going, should arrive in a couple of days.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?

Yes! Just choose USPS as your preferred carrier.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

Contact the carrier your order was sent with and give them your tracking number. Please contact us at mystichula@gmail.com and we’ll help as much as we can! Once your order has left us and the shipment status has been changed by the carrier to "delivered", we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods and cannot be held liable. 


Do you accept returns?

We stand behind our products and know you’ll love them, but… if there’s something wrong with it or it’s not what you expected, you can return it to us. Please return your item within 30 days of purchase, in the condition you received it, for a full item refund.

Who’s responsible for return shipping costs?
